1. Who may rent

You can book if you meet the conditions below. We check them before the car is handed over:

• You are 18 or older on the delivery date.
• You hold a valid driving licence: a Saudi licence, or an accepted international licence if you are visiting the Kingdom.
• You hold a valid national ID or Iqama, with a number that matches the details on your account.
• You have an account with a verified email and a clear photo of your driving licence uploaded to your profile.
• You drive the car yourself. Nobody else may drive it unless we have added them to the rental agreement as an additional driver.

2. Booking and payment

Prices are shown in Saudi riyals, and VAT is shown at checkout before you pay.

Paying does not confirm the booking straight away: our operations team reviews every booking after payment to check the car is available and your details are in order. Once it is accepted you get a confirmation by email; if it cannot be accepted we cancel it and refund the full amount.

A booking that has not been paid for expires automatically when the payment hold ends, and the car goes back into availability.

Promo codes apply at the time of booking only. They cannot be added or changed after payment, and they do not combine with each other unless the offer says so.

3. Delivery and collection

Every car shows its own minimum rental period on its page and at checkout. Delivery is available for rentals of at least that length; shorter rentals are picked up and returned at the branch.

The delivery and collection points must be inside the service area shown on the booking page, and reachable safely by car.

We contact you on the mobile number and email saved with the booking to confirm the appointment. You need to be there in person with your ID and licence for the car to be handed over.

• Every car is inspected at handover and again at collection: its condition and the odometer reading are documented, and that record is what we rely on for any later claim.
• The car is delivered clean and with a recorded fuel level, and we expect it back the same way.
• You can move the delivery time or change the delivery address before the appointment, subject to driver availability. Ask through the support page.

4. Kilometre allowance

Each car has a daily kilometre allowance, shown on the car page, which adds up across the days of your rental.

Extra kilometres are charged at collection, based on the odometer reading, at the extra-kilometre rate shown on the car page when you booked. Some cars are offered with unlimited kilometres, and this charge does not apply to them.

5. How the car may be used

The car is rented for ordinary personal use on public roads inside the Kingdom. The following are not allowed, make the renter liable for the full cost of any resulting damage, and let us end the rental immediately:

• Racing, testing, speed trials or drifting.
• Driving off paved roads, on sand, or on unprepared mountain tracks.
• Sub-letting the car or handing it to anyone not named in the rental agreement.
• Smoking in the car, or carrying animals or materials that leave a mark or a smell that is hard to remove.
• Carrying passengers or goods for payment, teaching someone to drive, or towing another vehicle.
• Driving under the influence of anything that affects attention, or using the car for any unlawful purpose.
• Taking the car outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia without our prior written approval.

6. Traffic fines and road charges

Traffic fines, parking and road charges, and Saher violations recorded during the rental are the renter’s responsibility, even if we are notified after the car has been returned.

We pass on any fine we receive, with its details, to the contact details saved with your booking so you can settle it.

7. Insurance and damage

Every car carries the insurance required by law in the Kingdom. Insurance does not cover damage caused by the prohibited use listed above, driving without a valid licence, leaving the scene of an accident, or the loss of the car’s key or papers.

In an accident, theft or damage: stop the car somewhere safe, report it to the authorities to obtain an official report, then tell us directly. The official report is a condition of insurance cover.

Damage found at collection that was not in the handover record is treated as having happened during the rental.

8. Returning the car and late return

The car is returned at the time and place agreed in the booking. If you need longer, ask to extend through the support page before the return time and we will confirm whether the car is available.

Keeping the car past the return time without an approved extension is charged at the car’s published daily rate, and may lead us to end the rental and recover the car.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling a booking, refunds, and replacing a car are covered by the Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Your account and your details

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping your password private. Wrong or incomplete details can stop the car being handed over.

Your personal details and documents are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limits of our responsibility

We work to keep car descriptions, photos and prices accurate. Even so, if the exact model shown is not available we may deliver a car of the same class or better, at no extra cost.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as missed appointments or opportunities, caused by a delay outside our control — road conditions, weather or force majeure. In any case our liability does not exceed the amount paid for the booking.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones published when you completed it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
